Role & Responsibilities

  • Process invoices within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
  • Escalate and resolve problematic invoices promptly.
  • Conduct period, quarter, and year-end processing.
  • Address inquiries from end markets efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with service levels and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support to peers and undertake ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Assist in implementing new processes and maintaining Accounts Payable policies.
  • Enhance stakeholder relationships and address their issues and requests.
  • Foster a positive team environment and coach new team members.

Qualifications

  • Diploma with 2-3 years of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts and procedures.
  • Familiarity with expenditure cycles, purchase orders, and inter-company recharge principles.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain productive relationships. Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.

Experience

A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience or a degree in a related field for fresh graduates.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
