Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with developers to design, test, and integrate AI features within Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Participate in the development of Proofs of Concept (POC) to explore new innovative use cases.
  • Contribute to data preparation, model training, tuning, and performance evaluation.
  • Document technical solutions and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, LLM, and Salesforce innovations to bring new ideas to the team.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Skills

Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Apex. Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools such as NLP, LLMs, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Interest in Salesforce technologies, with prior knowledge of Service Cloud being an advantage. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but a strong foundation in relevant academic studies is necessary.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science or Data Science.
