Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers to design, test, and integrate AI features within Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Participate in the development of Proofs of Concept (POC) to explore innovative use cases.
- Contribute to data preparation, model training, tuning, and performance evaluation.
- Document technical solutions and share insights with stakeholders.
- Maintain active awareness of the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, LLM, and Salesforce innovations to bring new ideas to the team.

- Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
