Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requests and ensure timely feedback in alignment with internal procedures.
  • Open and manage service tickets, ensuring accurate evaluation of technical issues.
  • Estimate repair costs and timelines, and coordinate rerouting of tickets and products.
  • Oversee the order and planning of spare parts.
  • Escalate complex requests as necessary and resolve tickets efficiently.
  • Monitor the After Sales process to ensure SLA compliance and traceability.
  • Ensure adherence to brand policies throughout the After Sales process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in Customer Service or After Sales essential.

Skills

Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proven problem-solving capabilities.

Experience

Candidates should possess prior experience in Customer Service or After Sales roles, demonstrating a strong customer orientation and interest in after-sales services.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required.
