Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requests and ensure timely feedback in alignment with internal procedures.
- Open and manage service tickets, ensuring accurate evaluation of technical issues.
- Estimate repair costs and timelines, and coordinate rerouting of tickets and products.
- Oversee the order and planning of spare parts.
- Escalate complex requests as necessary and resolve tickets efficiently.
- Monitor the After Sales process to ensure SLA compliance and traceability.
- Ensure adherence to brand policies throughout the After Sales process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in Customer Service or After Sales essential.
