Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requests and ensure timely feedback in collaboration with After Sales functions.
  • Open, receive, and evaluate tickets for technical issues, estimating costs and repair times.
  • Reroute tickets and manage damaged products, including spare parts ordering and planning.
  • Escalate requests as needed and resolve tickets efficiently.
  • Monitor the After Sales process to ensure SLA compliance and process traceability.
  • Ensure adherence to brand policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in Customer Service or After Sales
  • Fluent in English and Italian

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or after-sales roles is required.
