Role & Responsibilities

  • Input and verify supplier and client invoices.
  • Assist in dispute resolution and follow-up communications.
  • Monitor payments and collections.
  • Participate in monthly closing activities.
  • Contribute to accounting analyses and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a BTS Comptabilité-Gestion, DCG, BUT GEA, or pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Management, or Finance.

Skills

Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel. Attention to detail, teamwork, and organizational skills. Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken. Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Experience

Previous experience in accounting, such as an internship or apprenticeship, is preferred.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Management, or Finance.
