Role & Responsibilities

  • Process and record supplier invoices using Esker, ensuring compliance with purchase orders and receipts.
  • Perform monthly and annual closing operations, including preparing and analyzing provisions related to supplier accounts.
  • Manage supplier payments, intercompany transactions, and bank statement analysis using FEBAN in SAP.
  • Verify and control expense reports via Concur, ensuring adherence to company policy.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and manage payment issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting (BTS Comptabilité et Gestion, DCG, or similar).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in an international setting.
  • Proficiency in accounting principles and office software, particularly Excel and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
  • Fluency in English and French is essential.
