Role & Responsibilities
- Process and record supplier invoices using Esker, ensuring compliance with purchase orders and receipts.
- Perform monthly and annual closing operations, including preparing and analyzing provisions related to supplier accounts.
- Manage supplier payments, intercompany transactions, and bank statement analysis using FEBAN in SAP.
- Verify and control expense reports via Concur, ensuring adherence to company policy.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and manage payment issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting (BTS Comptabilité et Gestion, DCG, or similar).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in an international setting.
- Proficiency in accounting principles and office software, particularly Excel and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Fluency in English and French is essential.
