Accounting Intern

Role & Responsibilities

• Process self-invoices, supplier invoices, and proforma documents.
• Administer financial data using SAP and BI tools, with Insight as a plus.
• Reconcile and clear transitory accounts.
• Support payment processing activities.
• Track order cycles, invoice approvals, and payment authorizations.
• Post and issue invoices, and conduct allocation and cost evaluations.
• Assist in inter-company reconciliations.
• Collaborate with the controlling department to aid monthly reporting and budget/forecast activities.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of studies in Finance, Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in General Accounting, particularly local GAAPs.

Skills

Experience

No specific experience required, but familiarity with financial data administration and accounting principles is beneficial.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Business, or a related field.
