Role & Responsibilities

  • Process self-invoices, supplier invoices, and proforma documents.
  • Administer financial data using SAP and BI tools, with Insight as a plus.
  • Reconcile and clear transitory accounts.
  • Support payment processing activities.
  • Monitor order cycles, invoices, and payment approvals.
  • Post and issue invoices, and conduct allocation and cost evaluations.
  • Assist in inter-company reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with the controlling department to support monthly reporting and budget/forecast activities.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of studies in Finance, Management, Business, or a related field.

Skills

Proficient understanding of General Accounting (local GAAPs). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Office 365, particularly Excel. Fluent in Italian and English.

Experience

No prior experience required, but relevant academic background in finance or related fields is essential.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Business, or a related field.
