Accounting Intern

Role & Responsibilities

• Process self-invoices, supplier invoices, and proforma documents.
• Administer financial data using SAP and, preferably, BI tools such as Insight.
• Reconcile and clear transitory accounts.
• Support payment processing activities.
• Monitor order cycles, invoice tracking, and payment approvals.
• Post and issue invoices, including allocation and cost evaluation.
• Assist with inter-company reconciliations.
• Collaborate with the controlling department to aid monthly reporting and budget/forecast activities.

Qualifications

• Successful academic background in Finance, Management, Business, or a related field.

Skills

Experience

Prior exposure to accounting practices and financial data administration is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Business, or a related discipline.
