Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accounting processes within the Record to Report (R2R) function.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of business tax system maintenance and bimonthly declarations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the monthly closing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate MRP submissions.
  • Conduct monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Update Capex-related information monthly for closure.
  • Perform intercompany transaction reconciliations for month-end closure.
  • Provide support to team members and participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the accounting field, with retail experience considered a plus.

Skills

Strong communication and coordination abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to the retail sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
