Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support preparation of wholesale sales campaigns and showrooms, including participation in cross-departmental showroom planning meetings.
  • Research and coordinate external service providers and recruit temporary teams for showroom events.
  • Build and maintain Excel scheduling tools for client appointments and monitor appointment bookings in liaison with global sales teams.
  • Prepare and maintain sales support tools for showrooms (presentation materials, trainings books) and assist in seating organization for commercial shows.
  • Oversee operational installation and logistical supervision of showrooms, manage on-site appointment schedules and inventory of showroom collections.
  • Welcome international clients in the showroom and supervise host/hostess teams; coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Support commercial team analyses (sell-through, performance reporting) and attend client meetings in showroom when required.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent higher-education programme (gap-year or final-year internship).
  • Previous first experience in a professional environment (internship or similar).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (PPT) is required.
  • Strong organisational rigour, prioritisation skills, dynamism and responsiveness.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good analytical aptitude and comfort working with commercial figures.
  • Strong interest and affinity for ready-to-wear and fashion.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Availability for the internship period: 2 September 2026 to end of February 2027.
  • Position open to candidates with recognised disability status (RQTH).

Entry-level — currently a student in business or equivalent with at least one prior professional experience (internship) and a desire for a gap-year or end-of-study internship supporting wholesale commercial operations.

Education
