Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Kenzo.
• Embody the brand image for customers and the store team, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
• Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
• Enhance customer service standards to ensure the best client journey.
• Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build lasting relationships.
• Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales.
• Process sales confidently and professionally.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and product lines.
• Support stock control and management.
• Lead the team through briefings, training, and coaching.
• Create a team spirit and motivate the team to increase sales and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Supervise staff in executing operating procedures, pricing, and merchandise receipt.
• Evaluate Sales Associates' performance and provide feedback.
• Manage day-to-day business and administrative needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
• Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
• Passion for fashion and sales.
• Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on client experience.
• Excellent personal presentation, embodying the Kenzo brand.
• Understanding of retail KPIs.

Experience
