KENZO Suzhou seeks a Sales Assistant to deliver luxury client service and drive sales at its Suzhou boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador by delivering professional, personalised client service that embodies Kenzo’s identity and values.
  • Proactively pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed individual and store targets while maximising customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent clienteling and effective use of customer contact information.
  • Support in-store merchandising and product presentation to ensure visual standards and assortments align with brand directives.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality pre‑sale and after‑sale service that complies with company procedures and retention strategies.
  • Contribute to store operations as required, including stock handling, receipt processing and maintaining boutique standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong enthusiasm for retail and a genuine interest in the luxury goods sector.
  • High level of personal responsibility, initiative and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural aptitude for sales and client engagement.
  • Professional demeanour appropriate to a luxury boutique environment and attention to detail in presentation and service.

Experience

Entry-level to 1–2 years of customer-facing or retail experience preferred; prior experience in luxury or premium retail is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury service is desirable.
