Kenzo — Retail Supply Chain Intern in Paris (6-month internship starting Sept 2026) supporting inventory planning, replenishment and retail reporting.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail Supply Merchandiser in day-to-day stock management and order placement for new-collection items.
  • Manage stock allocation and implantation across regional warehouses and the retail network.
  • Analyze replenishment needs by zone and assess central availability for retail demand.
  • Monitor product placement in warehouses and boutiques, identify anomalies and escalate alerts to subsidiaries.
  • Prepare, update and communicate KPI reporting to support operational decision-making.
  • Participate in weekly Retail Merchandising meetings with each sales zone to define action plans.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new supply‑planning and reporting tools.

Qualifications

  • Master's-level student or recent graduate (Bac+4/5) from an engineering school, business school or equivalent university programme.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Pack Office.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical rigour, curiosity and organisational skills; responsive and autonomous.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across commercial and logistics teams.
  • Available for a 6-month, on-site internship in Paris 2nd arrondissement beginning September 2026. Position open to candidates with recognised disabilities (RQTH).

Experience

Entry-level / beginner. Suitable for final-year master's students or recent graduates; prior internships in supply chain, retail or merchandising are advantageous but not required.

Education
