Kenzo — Jersey Development Intern (Paris): 6-month on-site internship starting Sept 2026 supporting knitwear product development.

Overview

Kenzo is a Paris-based luxury fashion house known for its bold prints and contemporary approach to ready-to-wear. Role & Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain collection tracking documents and visual boards.
  • Support jersey (knitwear) developers for both men’s and women’s ready-to-wear during collection development through to production normalization.
  • Coordinate development dossiers with the studio, pattern makers and manufacturers.
  • Manage follow-up on embroidery and print launches, including lab dips and material approvals; chase suppliers as required.
  • Track shipments and receipt of prototypes and collection pieces; perform inspections and control checks to ensure timelines are met.
  • Enter and update product data in the PLM system: product bills of materials, sample creation and related technical information.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in textiles or technical diploma from a fashion school; ideally final-year students.
  • Initial professional experience in a fashion house’s product or technical department (internship or entry-level role preferred).
  • Fluent French and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Pack Office) and familiarity with PLM systems.
  • Organised, proactive team player with a strong product sensibility.

Experience

Entry-level: a first meaningful experience within a fashion house’s product, development or technical team is expected; prior internships in product development are advantageous.

Education

Engineering degree in textiles or technical diploma from a recognised fashion school (final-year students encouraged to apply).
