IT Operations Manager - Europe

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage IT activities to deliver on time and within budget, including store openings, pop-up stores, relocations, and events across EMEA.
- Contribute to the Workplace Roadmap and associated annual budget.
- Oversee expenses, orders, and invoices within the European IT scope.
- Manage the IT assets lifecycle, including procurement, inventory, and leasing.
- Continuously improve ITSM processes.
- Measure and report performance indicators in management meetings.
- Challenge SLAs and KPIs with partners.
- Ensure knowledge management for support activities.
- Maintain uniformity and compliance of IT hardware and software across Europe.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and partners.
- Apply LVMH/KENZO security standards in collaboration with the SECOPS team.
- Act as the primary contact for helpdesks in regions related to SSCs.
- Conduct initial analysis and follow-up on network incidents in stores.
- Resolve security alerts from the SOC with the team.
- Maintain operational conditions of all European sales points and headquarters with Level 3 support and service providers.
- Perform preventive maintenance of sales points with the team.
Qualifications
- Degree from an engineering school or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT support.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with discernment.
- Organized, methodical, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and French is essential.
- ITIL or Service Now certifications are preferred.
