Kenzo in Paris seeks an E‑Commerce Assistant (Apprenticeship) to support kenzo.com and marketplace operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support commercial management and performance of kenzo.com and e‑concession partners.
  • Contribute to merchandising and catalogue updates for major commercial moments and 360 campaign calendar (new launches, campaigns, seasonal peaks).
  • Monitor and analyse e‑commerce KPIs across markets and produce performance reports.
  • Manage stock availability and coordinate inventory updates with operations teams.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market intelligence.
  • Participate in implementation of promotional campaigns and special operations (sales launches, capsule collections).
  • Maintain customer relations via customer service channels and e‑clientelling.
  • Manage product uploads and follow‑up on partner marketplaces; coordinate with marketplace teams to ensure product information compliance and consistent brand presentation.
  • Analyse marketplace performance and propose recommendations to optimise presence and sales.

Qualifications

  • Master’s level studies (Bac+4/5) in Business School or equivalent programme.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal aptitude.
  • Demonstrated rigour, organisational skills and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Marked interest in luxury fashion and a clear sense of priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Previous experience or internship in e‑commerce or digital retail is preferred.
  • This position is open to candidates with recognised disability status (RQTH).
