Overview

Kendo is a beauty incubator operating within LVMH’s Perfumes & Cosmetics stable, focused on developing and scaling prestige beauty brands. The organisation combines entrepreneurial brand-building with the operational rigour of a global luxury group, offering cross‑functional collaboration across marketing, retail, design and commercial teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end project delivery for the APAC internal creative studio — from briefing and creative development to approvals, production and final delivery for campaigns, visual merchandising and creative assets.
  • Maintain and optimise project workflows and processes (briefing, creative development, feedback, approvals, delivery) to ensure clarity and efficiency across stages.
  • Create and monitor project timelines, track milestones, proactively identify risks, and drive mitigation to keep projects on schedule.
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and stakeholder requirements, maintaining consistent quality across markets.
  • Act as primary liaison between internal stakeholders (Creative & Visual Merchandising, Marketing, PR, Finance, Purchasing, Demand Planning) and external vendors/consultants.
  • Coordinate production and installation timelines, engineering specifications, prototype approvals and budget tracking for VM projects.
  • Support creative production activities including photo/video shoots and the preparation and distribution of digital assets via DAM systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in creative or visual merchandising project management, ideally within a beauty or fashion brand, creative agency or in‑house studio.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills across multilingual stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows, organise competing priorities and communicate proactively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; exceptional organisational attention to detail and calm problem‑solving under pressure.
  • Familiarity with creative production processes (photo/video shoots, digital asset workflows) and experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on project management experience in creative or visual merchandising, preferably gained in a beauty or fashion brand, creative agency or in‑house studio environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, Project Management or a related discipline preferred.
