Visual Merchandising Assistant
Kendo — Visual Merchandising Assistant (Apprenticeship) in Paris. Support FENTY BEAUTY/ SKIN/ HAIR in-store merchandising and trade animation across Europe.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Visual Merchandising & Animation Manager to deploy the European merchandising strategy for FENTY BEAUTY, FENTY SKIN and FENTY HAIR.
- Manage store allocation files across the European scope and coordinate allocations for retail animations in collaboration with Retail and Brand Europe teams.
- Develop merchandising plans using IWD software for FENTY SKIN and FENTY HAIR.
- Assist in the creation of artworks and produce merchandising books for each update and installation.
- Generate photo reports of new installations and conduct competitive analysis across department stores and flagship Sephora locations.
- Provide VM after-sales service in partnership with suppliers and regional retail teams and support corner and boutique development projects.
Qualifications
- Degree equivalent to Bac +4/5 in Marketing, Merchandising or a related discipline.
- At least one completed merchandising internship demonstrating project management capability.
- Fluent English for regular interaction with European and US stakeholders.
- Proven organisational rigour, strong attention to detail and an aesthetic eye relevant to cosmetics retail.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign is a plus.

Experience
Early-career candidate with prior merchandising internship experience; demonstrates basic project management skills and experience liaising with retail or brand teams.
Education
Bac +4/5 (Master-level) in Marketing, Merchandising or closely related field.
