Marketing Operations Intern
Kendo (LVMH) — Paris: Marketing Operations Intern for Fenty Skin. 6‑month internship starting July 2026; hybrid; support European product launches.
Overview
Kendo Brands is the beauty incubator within the LVMH group, recognized for incubating and scaling culturally relevant, high-performance beauty labels such as Fenty Beauty and Ole Henriksen. Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and ensure successful product launches across Europe, including launch set‑up, delivery of product matrices and creative assets to Sephora e‑commerce, and management of country allocations, orders, logistics and budget follow‑up.
- Monitor commercial performance, produce regular reporting, and deliver data‑driven recommendations to optimise results.
- Support local markets with tailored marketing activations and ensure CRM visibility for the brand.
- Develop and follow up Trade Marketing initiatives: write briefs, oversee production, validate POS/PLV materials and analyse their effectiveness.
- Maintain and update 360° marketing plans and contribute to budget tracking.
- Coordinate calls and meetings with the US headquarters, participate in cross‑border meetings and follow up on specific requests.
- Conduct pricing studies, competitive intelligence, trend monitoring and benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the Brand Manager across operational and project tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or completing a Master's level programme (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related discipline.
- Fluent English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Highly organised, autonomous and proactive with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, international environment.
- Demonstrated interest in cosmetics/beauty and comfort working within a start‑up, entrepreneurial culture.
- Available for a 6‑month internship beginning July 2026.

Experience
Entry‑level; suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior internships in marketing, brand management or beauty retail are advantageous but not required.
Education
Master's level (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field; currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a graduate programme.
