Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support product launches across European markets, including implementation and local market activation.
- Monitor and analyse commercial performance; produce regular reporting and actionable recommendations.
- Support market teams with bespoke marketing activations and visibility initiatives.
- Optimise product discoverability and merchandising on Sephora e‑commerce platforms.
- Contribute to CRM visibility: prepare briefs and creative assets for campaigns.
- Manage operational resources: country allocations, order placement, logistical and budgetary follow-up.
- Conduct price studies, competitive benchmarking, trend monitoring and market analysis.
- Support the Brand Manager on daily tasks: track implementation of action plans, visibility and stock levels, coordinate cross‑functional meetings with US headquarters and Sephora teams and follow up on specific requests.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s-level) programme with a specialisation in Marketing or equivalent.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy, proactivity and ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Keen interest in cosmetics, skincare and start‑up‑style brand environments.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

Entry-level apprenticeship position; previous internships or first experiences in marketing, brand management or cosmetics are advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in a Master's-level programme (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Brand Management or related discipline.
