Kendo (Fenty) — Paris: Communications & Influencer Intern (6-month internship) starting July 2026; PR, gifting, reporting & trend scouting across Europe.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the definition and execution of PR and influencer activations for Fenty across European markets, including localized adaptation of press and social assets.
  • Coordinate influencer and press gifting programmes across Europe, from selection to fulfilment and tracking.
  • Draft creative briefs for influencers, media partners and agencies; assist in agency coordination and request follow-up.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of events (press, influencer and sampling activations) and support on-site logistics as required.
  • Compile, consolidate and analyse performance data from European PR agencies and produce monthly reports and post-activation summaries for the global team.
  • Conduct weekly trend monitoring across makeup, skincare, lifestyle and social media; identify emerging talents on Instagram, TikTok, Twitch and YouTube.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master's-level programme (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) — imperative for the role.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and experience producing clear, visually structured presentations.
  • Keen eye for social media trends and talent discovery; familiarity with influencer ecosystems across Instagram, TikTok, Twitch and YouTube.
  • Organised, autonomous, proactive and able to adapt to fast-paced, start-up-like environments within a global brand context.

Experience

Entry-level / beginner: prior internships or coursework in PR, influencer marketing or communications are advantageous but not mandatory. The role is designed for a candidate seeking practical experience in PR and influencer relations at a European scale.

Education

Master's-level studies (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
