Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the store's success.
• Develop extensive product knowledge across all categories.
• Deliver exemplary customer service and the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
• Collaborate with store management to elevate the selling culture and initiate business-driving events.
• Communicate client feedback to improve service and sales.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
