Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, register reconciliation, bank deposits and securing the facility.
- Drive sales performance through personal selling and by coaching the team on sales plans, targets and KPIs.
- Prospect, develop and maintain a high-quality client book; lead proactive client outreach and ensure clienteling standards, including thank-you notes.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service via deep product knowledge and completion of customer product profiles.
- Supervise and train store associates to meet brand presentation and operating standards; foster a motivating, competitive and inclusive team environment.
- Oversee inventory functions: POS transactions, transfers, receiving, FedEx shipments, repairs and damage processing while maintaining inventory integrity.
- Adhere to and enforce loss prevention policies and operational procedures to protect company assets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment, preferably with supervisory responsibility.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a productive client book and demonstrate consistent sales performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated capability to prioritise, multi-task and work proactively in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends; able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
Skills
Experience
At least 2–3 years of retail experience in luxury goods or a comparable environment, ideally with prior frontline supervisory or leadership responsibilities and a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
College degree preferred.
