Kate Spade in Gretna, NE seeks a Store Leader to lead boutique operations, drive sales and develop a high-performing retail team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and customer retention through targeted initiatives; meet store productivity targets including sales per hour, ADT, UPT and capture rate.
  • Lead the selling environment by modelling exceptional client service, coaching the team on the sales process and ensuring completion of sales training programs.
  • Recruit, develop and retain store talent; conduct performance reviews, assign accountabilities, and deliver ongoing feedback and career development for assistant managers and supervisors.
  • Ensure visual merchandising directives and brand aesthetic are consistently implemented and maintained to elevate brand equity.
  • Manage all operational processes including store opening/closing, cash handling, bank deposits, inventory integrity (markdowns, transfers, damages) and loss-prevention compliance.
  • Monitor assortment and inventory trends; analyse sell-through and stock levels, communicate opportunities and customer feedback to district leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of management experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse selling reports, identify business trends and make timely, commercial decisions.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience hiring, coaching and developing front-line retail teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict-mediation skills; comfortable communicating across all organisational levels.
  • Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends; ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a retail management role, preferably within luxury goods or a comparable retail environment, with demonstrated success in driving sales, developing talent and managing store operations.

Education
