Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly, prioritizing daily workload.
- Ensure merchandise is organized and accessible.
- Monitor stock levels, including quantities on hand and sales performance.
- Support floor moves and maintain stock levels on the selling floor.
- Conduct price changes and markdowns as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the stockroom and selling floor.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment as a stock associate.
- High school diploma preferred.
