Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store success.
• Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge across all categories.
• Deliver exemplary customer service and the ultimate Kate Spade Experience.
• Build personal connections with customers through effective selling skills.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to enhance the selling culture.
• Initiate and participate in business-driving events within the store.
• Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to team members and customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a brand ambassador.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures with integrity.
• Perform and oversee store opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
