Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests warmly and building long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate teamwork by giving and receiving feedback and celebrating team successes.
- Communicate the Kate Spade aesthetic through storytelling and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom.
- Understand the product landscape and multitask effectively, including processing POS transactions.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in luxury goods preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Works well in a team environment.
Experience
