Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store's success.
- Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge across all categories.
- Deliver exemplary customer service to ensure the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
- Cultivate personal connections with customers through effective selling techniques.
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to enhance the selling culture.
- Initiate and participate in business-driving events within the store.
- Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
- Build strong client relationships as a brand ambassador.
- Provide feedback to management to improve client service and sales.
- Perform and oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the facility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
