Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales operations at the outlet store.
- Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any client issues.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in retail, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
