Sales Associate
Kate Spade seeks a Sales Associate in Sevierville, TN — outlet retail role. Base pay $15–$17/hr. Deliver exceptional client service and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to customers at the outlet, cultivating client relationships and driving repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, product knowledge and clienteling.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash and card payments following company procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards, execute store resets and promotions to reflect brand directives.
- Receive, unpack and organize stock; assist with inventory cycles, replenishment and loss-prevention practices.
- Support floor operations including fitting room management, store housekeeping and maintaining a safe, organized sales floor.
- Assist in onboarding and informally coaching less-experienced associates on product, service standards and sales techniques.
- Communicate customer feedback and market insights to management to support continuous improvement of merchandising and service.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing retail experience, preferably in premium or lifestyle brands; outlet or off-price retail experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and confidently close transactions.
- Reliable, flexible availability including weekends and holidays; comfortable with standing and light lifting typical of retail environments.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Approximately 2+ years of retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred, with prior exposure to premium, lifestyle or outlet retail environments considered an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail or fashion-related vocational training is an asset.
