Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long‑term customer relationships through clienteling and follow‑up.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective product recommendations.
• Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and card payments following company procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure floor presentation aligns with brand directives, and participate in store resets.
• Support inventory control: receive, replenish and organize stock; assist with cycle counts and loss‑prevention practices.
• Contribute to a collaborative store environment by supporting opening/closing procedures, team communications, and training as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and reliability in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Ability to operate POS systems and perform basic cash handling; comfort with learning retail technologies.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Experience

Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is preferred, ideally within premium or lifestyle brands. Candidates with demonstrated sales achievement or strong hospitality experience will be prioritized.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
