Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations for the outlet, including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation, bank deposits and facility security.
- Drive sales performance by coaching the sales team to meet store KPIs (sales per hour, ADT, UPT, capture rate) and individual sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by modelling the selling environment, ensuring completion of sales training and maintaining deep product knowledge across categories.
- Manage inventory processes accurately: receiving, transfers, FedEx shipments, repairs, damage control and POS transaction integrity.
- Uphold brand and visual standards to ensure consistent store presentation and support brand equity.
- Implement loss prevention policies and maintain adherence to operational procedures.
- Foster a positive, competitive team culture through ongoing feedback, development and motivation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in luxury retail or a comparable, results-driven retail environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and coaching retail teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Available to work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends; able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Experience maintaining POS accuracy, performing inventory functions and enforcing loss-prevention protocols.
- College degree preferred; prior luxury-goods experience preferred.
