Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop initiatives that drive business growth and customer retention.
  • Communicate and achieve store productivity targets, including sales per hour, average transaction value, and customer capture rate.
  • Ensure all associates complete the sales training program and develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
  • Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching on sales training processes to ensure exceptional customer service and sales.
  • Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans and store statistics.
  • Foster a team environment by creating a fun, competitive, and inviting atmosphere.
  • Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
  • Ensure brand and operating standards are met to support brand consistency.
  • Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the facility.
  • Process all POS transactions and inventory functions accurately to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Adhere to Kate Spade loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
  • Prior experience in luxury goods is preferred.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive ability to multitask and prioritize.

Education
