Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling to ensure operational excellence.
  • Lead, coach and develop the sales team through real-time feedback, performance management and gap-based training.
  • Drive sales performance and local execution of merchandising directives to meet or exceed store KPIs.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service and resolve escalations with tact and diplomacy to protect the brand experience.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure floor readiness, including stockroom organization and replenishment.
  • Support inventory control and loss-prevention practices, conducting spot checks and enforcing company policies.
  • Assist with scheduling and workforce management to align staffing with peak traffic and sales cycles.
  • Uphold compliance with company policies, ADA accommodations, and local labor and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated supervisory aptitude with the ability to coach and develop team members effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retail sales targets and delivering high customer satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflict and de-escalate sensitive situations.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory or lead capacity; experience in specialty or lifestyle retail preferred.
