Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the VP, Global Customer Experience and Merchandising Product Strategy and the VP, Global Visual Experience.
- Manage calendars of multiple executives to ensure successful meetings with team and cross-functional partners.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal administration staff, cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Manage logistics for in-person or virtual meetings, including organizing agendas, booking meeting rooms, and preparing materials.
- Provide technical support, including submitting IT requests and remote troubleshooting.
- Manage Microsoft Teams channels, including creation, editing, and administration.
- Oversee travel expense budget and approve or disapprove travel according to company policy.
- Prepare Travel & Expense reports and reconcile corporate card expenses.
- Manage the Buying Hub process for the department, including supplier creation and purchase order processing.
- Interface with various departments on behalf of executives to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Support team culture through organizing celebrations and milestone moments.
- Assist in creating correspondences, presentations, agendas, and reports.
- Provide oversight or support for ad hoc projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a fashion or administrative field.
- Strong experience with Outlook Calendar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Mac knowledge preferred.

Education
A combination of education and experience will be considered.
