Role & Responsibilities
- Drive ecommerce growth across Europe, supporting annual sales plans for direct ecommerce and marketplace channels.
- Improve site conversion, personalization, and onsite merchandising.
- Lead sales analysis and provide recommendations in trade meetings.
- Manage warehouse forecasting and logistics coordination.
- Optimize product findability and enhance customer journey.
- Lead strategic conversion initiatives and manage A/B testing.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance user experience.
- Conduct competitor reviews and stay updated on digital trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce management, ideally in trading or merchandising.
- Proven experience in online retail within a multi-channel, globally branded business.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Microsoft 365.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Experienced leader with team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5+ years in ecommerce management, preferably in a trading or merchandising capacity within a global brand.
