Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and design innovative soft accessories that align with the brand's aesthetic and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, production, and marketing to ensure cohesive product development.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and integrate them into design concepts.
  • Create detailed technical sketches and specifications for production.
  • Participate in fittings and provide creative input to refine designs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
  • Proven experience in accessory design, preferably in a luxury brand setting.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills.

Skills

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Excellent sketching and illustration abilities. Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer preferences. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accessory design, with a focus on soft accessories, is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
