Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership and customer service.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect brand guidelines.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance store performance.

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or premium brands.
