Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop seasonal retail assortments and store-range plans aligned to brand strategy and consumer insights for SEA store clusters.
  • Prepare buy sheets, SKU/style projections and size curves; support pricing configuration and seasonal price updates across systems.
  • Monitor weekly sales, sell-through, stock levels and replenishment flow; identify risks and opportunities by style/category and recommend in‑season actions.
  • Recommend reorders, replenishment adjustments and markdown strategies to optimise sales, margin and inventory productivity.
  • Manage product lifecycle in partnership with Planning, Allocator, Supply Chain and Global/APAC teams to ensure on-time delivery and healthy inventory positions.
  • Track PO status, shipment ETAs and resolve delays, shortages or discrepancies affecting retail flow.
  • Partner with VM, Marketing, L&D and Store Operations to ensure product presentation, launch priorities and in-store execution support buying intent.
  • Produce weekly trade reports and presentations that translate data into actionable recommendations; track competitor activity, pricing and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Fashion, Marketing or a related field.
  • More than 5 years' experience in retail buying, merchandising or planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong numerical and analytical capability.
  • High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and strong presentation ability.
  • Effective communicator with proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded with a strong interest in product, consumer trends and retail KPIs.

Experience
