Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Support recruitment activities and conduct performance and probation reviews.
  • Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Transform every client interaction into a unique and personalized experience.
  • Guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction through strong product knowledge and effective teamwork.
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability.
  • Achieve commercial targets through strategic team organization and impactful product presentation.
  • Contribute to the improvement of commercial performance through product expertise, sales and stock analysis, product rotation, and visual merchandising supervision.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong customer-oriented approach.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Store Manager within fashion or luxury retail.

Strong passion for fashion, product knowledge, and trends. Proven experience in team training, empowerment, and motivation. Positive, inclusive, and collaborative leadership style. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, omni-channel retail environment. Excellent communication skills across all channels. Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Solid omni-channel and CRM-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Experience

At least 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Store Manager within fashion or luxury retail.
