Jil Sander is hiring an Outlet Manager in Metzingen to lead outlet operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Metzingen outlet to ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards
- Recruit, train, coach and evaluate store staff; conduct performance reviews and probation assessments
- Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed commercial targets while delivering personalised client experiences
- Manage merchandising, visual presentation and product rotation to maximise sell-through and profitability
- Analyse sales and stock data to identify opportunities, optimise inventory and improve commercial performance
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through product knowledge, effective teamwork and CRM-driven service
- Organise team schedules and resources to meet peak trading periods, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience as a Supervisor or Store Manager in fashion or luxury retail
- Demonstrable experience in team training, empowerment and performance management
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills across channels
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

Education
Secondary education required; vocational training in retail management, business or a related discipline preferred.
