Role & Responsibilities

  • Process all inventory and stock transactions accurately and promptly to support store sales goals.
  • Receive, verify and process incoming and outgoing shipments via best store/RPro and FedEx/UPS, ensuring merchandise is logged within 24 hours.
  • Perform weekly cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, submit timely adjustments and communicate month‑end completions to corporate.
  • Replenish the sales floor to company merchandising standards and notify management of product stock level issues.
  • Inspect incoming and in‑store stock for defects or damage and report findings to management.
  • Monitor consignment and negative reports daily and follow up on unresolved discrepancies.
  • Initiate and follow up on IT and service tickets related to store equipment and software until resolution.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and readable stockroom; execute daily and weekly cleaning procedures and shifting by gender/style as needed.
  • Follow all store opening and closing procedures and support online order processing through the store platform.
  • Demonstrate leadership by onboarding and coaching newly acquired staff on operations, policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 70 lbs and stand/walk up to eight hours per shift.
  • Comfortable using store inventory systems and reporting tools; able to manage and escalate IT/service tickets.
  • Preferred: 3+ years in a high‑volume stock, operations or logistics role within a fashion retailer.
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
