Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the principal client contact by delivering personalised, warm and professional service across all interactions.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and tailored styling advice to meet client needs and occasions.
  • Drive sales performance through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Cultivate and manage a client book, conducting proactive follow-ups, invitations and personalised outreach to foster loyalty.
  • Anticipate client needs and generate bespoke recommendations and appointments.
  • Maintain store presentation and execute visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions accurately and support inventory replenishment.
  • Support back-office tasks and participate in store events and merchandising activities while upholding the brand image.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience with fashion, jewelry or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and a commercially driven mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, storytelling and clientelling skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a strong orientation to personalised service.
  • Cultural awareness and comfort interacting with an international clientele.
  • Collaborative team player able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Multilingual candidates preferred.

Experience
