Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with elegance and discretion, delivering an exceptional in-store experience aligned with the brand's values.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, creating a qualified client portfolio through in-store and digital tools.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge, staying informed about the luxury market and fashion trends.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing the client journey from initial contact to after-sales follow-up.
  • Interpret client requests into complete styling propositions, encouraging upselling through storytelling and total-look construction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including client preferences and purchase history.
  • Respond proactively to product inquiries, aiming to convert them into sales while strengthening client relationships.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail.
  • Strong knowledge of back-of-house processes.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic with strong fashion knowledge and a professional attitude.

Experience
