Role & Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional in-store experience by understanding customer needs and expectations, and offering comprehensive product information.
- Develop and maintain personalized customer relationships, utilizing digital tools for engagement.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and preferences for future reference.
- Demonstrate extensive brand and product knowledge, staying informed about luxury market trends and competitors.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets by effectively managing customer accounts through all stages of the sales process.
Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of experience in the luxury fashion industry.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese or other languages is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Back of House (BOH) operations.
