Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional in-store customer experiences by understanding and anticipating client needs and expectations.
  • Develop and sustain personalized customer relationships, utilizing digital tools for enhanced engagement.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, including contact details, delivery preferences, and purchase history.
  • Exhibit extensive brand and product knowledge, staying informed about luxury market trends and competitors.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in the luxury fashion sector.
  • Knowledge of back-of-house operations.
  • Proactive attitude with a deep understanding of fashion and problem-solving capabilities.
