Jaeger‑LeCoultre in Meyrin seeks a Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising Intern to support boutique campaigns, POS production and visual execution.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the execution of trade marketing campaigns across the boutique network, including preparation and distribution of POS materials and campaign toolkits.
- Translate global visual merchandising guidelines into local store planograms and merchandising directives adapted to boutique layouts.
- Assist in the creation and production of visual assets and retail displays in collaboration with the VM team and external suppliers or agencies.
- Conduct boutique visits or audits to assess compliance with visual standards, capture photographic documentation and report findings.
- Prepare presentations, campaign packshots and internal reports for commercial and retail teams using PowerPoint and basic image editing.
- Analyse simple retail performance indicators to measure campaign impact and provide actionable insights to the trade marketing manager.
- Coordinate logistics for in‑store launches, merchandising rollouts and promotional events with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Communication or a related discipline.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and a demonstrable interest in luxury watches and retail presentation.
- Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English and working knowledge of French for liaison with local boutiques and suppliers.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Legal authorization to undertake an internship in Switzerland.

Internship-level role. Prior internship or part-time experience in retail, visual merchandising or trade marketing within luxury goods or fashion is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Communication or a related field.
