Jaeger‑LeCoultre in Meyrin seeks a Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising Intern to support boutique campaigns, POS production and visual execution.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of trade marketing campaigns across the boutique network, including preparation and distribution of POS materials and campaign toolkits.
  • Translate global visual merchandising guidelines into local store planograms and merchandising directives adapted to boutique layouts.
  • Assist in the creation and production of visual assets and retail displays in collaboration with the VM team and external suppliers or agencies.
  • Conduct boutique visits or audits to assess compliance with visual standards, capture photographic documentation and report findings.
  • Prepare presentations, campaign packshots and internal reports for commercial and retail teams using PowerPoint and basic image editing.
  • Analyse simple retail performance indicators to measure campaign impact and provide actionable insights to the trade marketing manager.
  • Coordinate logistics for in‑store launches, merchandising rollouts and promotional events with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Communication or a related discipline.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and a demonstrable interest in luxury watches and retail presentation.
  • Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and working knowledge of French for liaison with local boutiques and suppliers.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Legal authorization to undertake an internship in Switzerland.

Experience
