Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement the talent acquisition strategy for the Meyrin site, aligning sourcing, employer branding and candidate experience with business objectives.
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for technical, operational and corporate roles, using proactive sourcing, executive searches and strategic partnerships with agencies and academic institutions.
- Own talent management programs including succession planning, high‑potential identification, career pathing and leadership development initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to translate workforce planning into concrete hiring plans and development interventions.
- Manage employer‑brand activity locally and support global employer‑branding campaigns to attract specialised horology and manufacturing talent.
- Develop metrics, talent dashboards and regular reporting on time‑to‑hire, quality of hire, retention and diversity to inform decision‑making.
- Coach hiring managers on selection techniques, interview calibration, compensation positioning and inclusive hiring practices.
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and maintain strong candidate and employee experience throughout onboarding and integration.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in talent acquisition and talent management with demonstrable results in sourcing specialised technical or professional profiles.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
- Practical knowledge of succession planning, performance management and development frameworks.
- Familiarity with Swiss labour market dynamics and local employment legislation.
- Excellent communication skills in English; professional proficiency in French highly desirable.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and talent management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity; prior exposure to luxury goods, manufacturing, watchmaking or technical recruitment strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
